This week we did a writing project using the book "The Best Part of Me" by Wendy Ewald. After reading the book to them they wrote about what they thought they best part of them was. I took pictures of them and mounted them on black stock card. We are going to hang them on our "Poet Tree" that is in the hallway. I think that they did a great job!
The best part of me is my whole body. My body helps me run and play. My body helps me walk and talk. It helps me hear and see and eat! |
The best part of me is my feet. They help me run, jump, and climb trees. If I didn't have my feet, I couldn't walk. I don't know what I would do without them. I love my feet so much! |
The best part of me are my eyes. I can cross my eyes and do anything with my eyes. My eyes are blue. I have eyelashes and they are long. |
The best part of me are my eyes. I can see out of my eyes. I can see stuff with my eyes like food. I can do my homework with my eyes. I can do so much stuff with my eyes. My eyes are hazel. |
The best part of me are my arms. If I did not have my arms, I could not draw pictures. I would not be able to color my pictures. I wouldn't be able to go to school! |
Th best part of me are my feet. I can jump with my feet. I can play with my feet. I can paint my toenails. I love my feet. I can run, jump, skip, walk, and gallop with my feet. |
